From Hollywood and Austin to Cannes and Venice, The American Pavilion’s esteemed Worldwide Student Program has introduced thousands of entertainment industry students to festivals and events worldwide for over 35 years. With the recent expansion of Austin's influential South By Southwest (SXSW) Festival to other cities, AmPav is proud to now include SXSW London to its portfolio of "Intensives"! Participants in this 8-day program will enjoy the entire event in the hip East London neighborhood of Shoreditch, featuring over 1000 sessions inspired by the key themes of convergence and unexpected discovery. The intersection of Screen, Visual Arts. Music, Conference, and Fashion will provide a unique environment for imaginative and innovative content.

Program Fee:
Earlybird: $3,295
Regular: $3,495
Late: $3,595
Program Fee includes:
- Festival accreditation with primary access to keynotes, panels, fireside chats, mentoring sessions, workshops, and parties
- Seven nights of shared accommodation in London
- Daily breakfast
- Exclusive roundtables
- AmPav Alumni membership after the program ends (includes mixers in LA/NY, discounts on other programs, and other opportunities)
Flight/Travel Arrangements:
Participants arrange their own travel to London, England and ground transport to the hotel. (Transport suggestions and hotel details will be shared before the program starts.)

Completed applications are reviewed by The American Pavilion Selection Committee on a rolling basis. Candidates who meet all of the requirements for admission will be contacted for an interview and notified of a decision on a first come, first served basis.
Candidates are encouraged to apply early as the program can fill up quickly.

Conditions of Acceptance
If accepted into the program, a deposit of $1000 is due within two weeks of acceptance to hold your spot.
Balance after paying $1000 deposit:
$2,295 if paid in full by Jan. 12, 2026 ($3,295 in total)
$2,495 if paid in full by March 2, 2026 ($3,495 in total)
$2,595 if paid in full by April 27, 2026 ($3,595 in total)
*AmPav Alumni receive $100 discount on regular and late fee.
Payment plans are available for the balance.

Failure to comply with the above stated conditions will result in being put on the waiting list or forfeiting your place in the program.
121 days or more prior to program start date:
Full refund less the $55 non-refundable application fee and $500 cancellation fee
120 to 61 days prior to program start date:
50% refund less the $55 non-refundable application fee and $500 cancellation fee
60 days or less prior to program start date:
No refund will be issued.
